How to order
- Add some item(s) into your Shopping Bag.
- Select the size, color or quantity if necessary. For some items, we may recommend a size for you. Just click Check My Size;
- Click on “ADD TO BAG”.
- We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 6-17 business days from the date that it is placed.
Verification: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing: It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Delivery: Shipment takes 3-12 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations. International buyer will take 7-20 business days.
Returns & Exchange
- Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you.
- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
